When Bojangles got sick, the standard answer stopped making sense and the bowl became the turning point.
Our Inspiration
B.J. was the proof we needed that dogs are built for real, unprocessed animal protein, not kibble engineered for shelf life.
Raw Dawg did not begin as a business. It began when Bojangles got sick and the standard path of vet visits, prescription food, and medications still was not getting him back to himself.
So we slowed down and looked harder at what was actually in the bowl. What we found was food built for convenience, storage, and margins, not for canine biology. We stripped it back to whole-animal food his body recognized, and the response was impossible to ignore. Raw Dawg was born from that moment for Bo, and for every dog who deserves the same chance.
