Parts of the Raw Dawg site may operate in a prelaunch or early-access state. Product descriptions, launch timelines, pricing, waitlist benefits, promotional mechanics, and availability may change at any time. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee product availability, pricing, geographic availability, or a right to purchase.

3. Promotions, Referral, and Advertising Programs

We may offer early-access bonuses, referral incentives, giveaways, invite campaigns, or other promotional programs. Additional rules may apply to specific promotions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, validate, or cancel promotions, referral credits, or incentive claims if we believe abuse, fraud, manipulation, or technical error has occurred.

Statements about ingredients, feeding, canine biology, wellness, or product benefits are not veterinary medical advice and should not replace advice from a licensed professional who understands your dog’s circumstances. We do not guarantee that the site will always be available, error-free, or complete.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raw Dawg LLC and its owners, affiliates, service providers, licensors, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site, your reliance on site content, your inability to access the site, or any prelaunch or promotional issue.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded, our aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of five U.S. dollars or the amount you paid directly to us for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Raw Dawg LLC and its related parties from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, your violation of applicable law, or your infringement of another party’s rights.

9. Disputes, Arbitration, and Class Action Waiver

We prefer to resolve concerns directly first. If that is not possible, then except for claims that qualify for small claims court or claims seeking equitable relief for intellectual property misuse, disputes arising from these terms or the site will be resolved by binding individual arbitration. You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated, or representative action.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. To the extent a dispute is permitted in court, venue will lie in California.
